Pussy Gazing

Have you ever really looked at your pussy?!

For most women the answer is HECK NO! How is it that this sacred, amazing and altogether totally normal place gets zero air time?

What keeps you from looking between your legs? What keeps you from gazing lovingly and with total admiration at your pussy? What stops you from believing your pussy is beautiful?

In this two hour workshop, you'll have the chance to explore these questions. In a safe, cosy and perfectly curated environment, you'll be guided through movement, stillness and trust practices before setting up with a hand mirror to pussy-gaze the night away.

Your safety and comfort will take centre stage so that you can truly relax and release into the practice.

You will be expertly guided by host Lacey Haynes, who will mix humour with the sacred, light-heartedness with the transformative, to create an experience that will begin or deepen your relationship to your pussy.

FAQs

What is pussy gazing?

Pussy gazing is the act of looking at your pussy. Using a hand mirror, in a safe space with other radical, curious and cool women, you'll be guided to look and reflect on the space between your legs.

Why pussy gaze?

Pussies are powerful! They are a woman's creative gateway, the pleasure centre and the physical representation of a woman's WOMBanhood. For most women though, the power of the pussy is often untapped. Through culture and linage, most women have developed a disconnect from their pussies, manifesting in daily life as creative and sexual blockages, lack of confidence, suppressed sensuality and sexuality, body shame, addiction and lack of vitality. Pussy gazing is a way to bear witness to this physical part of your body, sparking an emotional and spiritual journey of healing. You'll be amazed what can come through by simply looking at yourself.

Who is this event for?

This event is for women with pussies. Some people have a spiritual pussy but not a physical pussy. Please be in touch if you have questions or concerns about inclusivity.

What kind of people pussy gaze?

Usually women who are already on a spiritual journey are drawn to this practice. Yogis and soul-seekers, health and wellness professionals, as well as spiritual teachers and aspirants. That being said, all women at any stage of life, from any background, are welcome to join the event.

What should I bring to the event?

• A long skirt or a sarong

• A small object for the altar (something you'd like to charge with the power of the event - you'll be able to take it home with you after)

• Warm layers

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Lacey Haynes Flow Festival WA

Haynes' work focuses on the revolutionary and often untapped power of The Creative Feminine. She believes in the potentiality of the womb and pussy to both harness new life and create epic art.

As a long-time yoga teacher, spiritual guide and movement practitioner, her approach to sexual and creative liberation stems from her understanding of both the energetic and physical body. Through a variety of modalities and approaches, she helps women become more confident, powerful, playful and sensual while releasing societal conditioning, healing blockages and past trauma and releasing addictive tendencies.

Lacey infuses humour and happiness into her work, mindful of maintaining an approach that is both deep and light simultaneously. From conscious conception to healing addiction, elevating pregnancy to ancestral healing, radical birth to full-blown creative living, she bring women into communion with the The Creative Feminine within, birthing them into more elevated, wild and soulful lives.
